September 7th 1944 was the day that 436 (Transport) Squadron was authorized to be formed. Sixty years later we gathered to celebrate the legacy that was started by those who proudly flew their DC-3's from the Punjab under the banner of "Canucks Unlimited".
We will be celebrating our anniversary over the weekend of September 12th to 14th with a host of special events. These events present the opportunity to meet each other, sometimes for the first time, but more often, as old friends.
